The purpose of our manuals, handouts, publications, listening posts, and workshops is to provide information from a variety of sources for our members. Neither the Sun City COA or its Directors shall have either liability or responsibility to any person, organization or entity with respect to any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused, directly or indirectly, by any information provided.
Our manuals, etc., are designed to provide individual unit owners and Boards of Management with information and examples of how to govern and manage their associations. It may not be feasible to apply all conclusions reached to every situation. Therefore, Sun City association boards and members must exercise managerial discretion when following the suggestions contained in any of our manuals, handouts, publications, listening posts, or workshops.
The COA does not give legal or tax advice, recommending law, or management firms. Boards of Management should consult with an attorney or CPA’s on legal and tax issues.
